About Deana Rodriguez
I have been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for over 20 years.
I care about people and about food and I know that when it comes to nutrition, getting results takes smart work, not simply hard work. By investing years of training in clinical nutrition at respected health care facilities and hospitals, I have ensured that the work I do with clients can deliver real, sustainable results.
Leveraging my expert skills and knowledge, I integrate science-based strategies with a holistic, functional nutrition approach.
That means that we will work together to get to the root cause of what ails you, not just band aid the symptoms or provide temporary fixes. I also believe in a client centered approach which means that I meet people where they are at in their journey. I see my clients as the whole person and treat them as one, not as their illness or issue. What drives me is the challenge of making a lifestyle of eating well achievable for anyone, no matter where they are coming from.
At Montclair State University, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology with a Minor in Psychology.
I was thrilled to train with the prestigious Clinical Nutrition Department at the University where I completed my Postgraduate Dietetic Internship.
My goal is to educate and help you develop strong strategies for getting your diet in tune with your lifestyle.
My practice is built on over two decades of clinical experience, a passion for what’s possible and a commitment to helping you be the healthiest version of you.
